Stopped short by cops on horses during the late afternoon magical hours, the young black man then adjourned, not to somewhere else in LA, but managed to be put in his place once again in a small area by a payphone. After the cops had stopped him 12 hours prior he then went back to lying in the middle of vine street right in front of everyone that walked by him. As I went to the gas station though, I witnessed and took pictures of him totting his comforter across vine street in hollywood while a huge cavalcade of autos waited for him to complete doing. To tell you the truth I wouldn’t want to do that. i’ve slept in a sleeping back behind some bushes a few times, but I would not want to drag my bedding across vine street right down the middle of the hollywood district and cause about 20 cars to slow down as if you were a red light. I am glad though that he has now chosen the east side of vine street once again, and am looking forward to seeing what new creative nooks and open sidewalks he chooses next in the general neighborhood. I like the rare one time when for a few days he was seen over by the side of the church on la mirada. At least he wasn’t in everyone’s face that head to the few bars in the area.
